If this weren’t true, then we wouldn’t see another blond pop singer hit the scene until Britney Spears, Gwen Stefani, Pink, Christina Aguilera, Iggy Azalea, Ke$ha, Madonna, and the myriad of other platinum pop stars retired or simply faded away.
But that’s not the case because people aren’t just buying the music. They’re buying the brand, the image and, most importantly, a reflection of their own values and their own “coolness”.
