Our Story

Dush Ramachandran began his career in enterprise software as a sales representative in Singapore, selling small business solutions on Digital Equipment PDP/11 minicomputers. From these humble beginnings, he rose to lead sales for Computervision, a Fortune 500 software company based in Massachusetts.

Dush later purchased Computervision’s Canadian division, took it private, and grew the business before selling it. He then founded Antaeus Systems in Toronto, acquiring clients like Rolls-Royce, Boeing, Mercedes-Benz, and others. Antaeus pioneered early machine-learning technology to extract product attributes from paper engineering drawings, reducing parts inventory costs for manufacturers globally. Dush’s innovation earned him a U.S. patent.

After selling Antaeus to Requisite Technology in Colorado, Dush led Requisite’s Global Sales and Business Development, growing annual revenues from zero to $42 million. He forged partnerships with SAP, Oracle, and Mitsui, generating over $250 million in multi-year contracts and building a 200-person global sales team.

Dush’s next chapter was at ClickBank, the world’s largest affiliate network. Under his leadership, ClickBank’s revenue soared from $95 million to over $500 million, and client accounts grew from 850,000 to over 5 million. This success drew acquisition interest from private equity giants like Silver Lake, KKR, and BlackRock.

Following ClickBank, Dush launched a digital agency serving top-tier clients, including Agora Publishing, Kartra, and influential speakers and holistic practitioners. In response to client demand, he established an Advisory Services practice, providing expertise in board governance, mergers and acquisitions, growth strategies, territorial expansion, and complex partnerships.

Recently, Dush has been instrumental in guiding ORS Group, a cutting-edge Italian AI software company, in its expansion into the competitive U.S. market. His strategic leadership has secured significant partnerships with industry leaders such as Snap-on Equipment, EECOL, and Azek Building Products, positioning ORS Group for sustained growth and innovation
